300 workout plan

On this section I will introduce you how the 300 workout plan looks according to the very popular men's magazine FHM who published the workout plan to the wide public for the very first time, at least that's what I know about that.

The special thing about the Spartan workout is that it's done without having little breaks between the repition so here we go:

1) 25 Pullups


2) 50 Deadlifts 135lbs

3) 50 Pushups


4) 50  Box jumps

5) 50 Floor wipers 50


6) 50 Single-arm Clean-and-Press with 36lbs Kettlebell


7) 25 Pullups -

This is the plan I am using at the moment and trust me it's really damn hard to do this but the results are incredible as well.
