Stamina training

One of the toughest and most important facts about the 300 workout is that you need Stamina first before you can successfully start this very unique workout. The advantage of starting with stamina training and increasing your fitness is that both you will be able to burn fat very easily, for example jogging, and especially this is a must have if you want to do the Spartan workout.

For me, the best way to build up a certain Stamina level, get in good shape and workout like the pros, you need to get cut first. The best to do is to do jogging regularly, for my part I do 4 times a week going for 5 miles each time. If you manage to do those 5 mile runs comfortably your first step to get ripped is definately done.
